Assist the Restaurant Assistant Manager to plan, organize and direct all processes of the outlet to ensures the outlet provides quality Food and Beverage service that is consistent with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and achieves maximum revenue and profit in line with the budget and forecast
To ensures that all colleagues activities adhere to and support the Atlantis Quality Standards
Provides hands-on support and assistance to colleagues to ensure highest levels of service and courtesy are provided to guests
Conducts team briefing, meeting and training as directed by Management
Assists management to maintain departmental SOP and ensures that all colleagues have a working knowledge and follow SOP’s at all times
Supervises the level, consistency and quality of table and/or counter service of all menu items
Ensures that an effective link is maintained between kitchen and service areas
Ensures that all outlet processes adhere to all food hygiene regulations and procedures
Consistency monitors of Food and Beverages being served and service quality, escalating any major problems/complaints to Management
Actively promotes the use of Up selling techniques within the outlet to exceed guest expectations and increase revenue
Provides specialist advice to customers and colleagues on Food and Beverages
Supervises all aspects of food and beverage quality and hygiene and takes immediate corrective action concerns to Management
In the absence of Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager takes responsibility of operational issues
Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the Management
Actively take part in restaurant set-up, clearance (Bussing),
Follow superior instruction, contact manager if you are not completely convinced with the immediate supervisor’s instruction.
If require need to stay back to complete the given task. (Over time will be paid as per the organization policy),
Actively take part in food and beverage support requirement,
Actively take part and ensure to follow SOS and SOP of the particular department,
Need to be honest and responsible for his/her action,
Take responsibility of his/her weekly task given by immediate supervisor.
Take responsibility of the department equipment and control the breakage and loses to maximize the department profit,
Utilize the learning from internal or external trainings,
Need to be flexible to work in different Job Specification in his/her own department,
